the triple dip is back

up at 6:00am on the trainer for intervals, lunch spin at the club, and hockey tonight

Base is officially over - base began today.

Quiz season begins in less then a month, tests begin in September with final exams in December

nice, nothing like lacing up the blades and putting on the foil. shinny down at the pond or mens league?

thanks for the link to the federation, unfortunately I am out of racing commission for a while due to a recent spill. If I am able to hit a group ride while in the Tundra I'll let you know. the only good part is it keeps me from burning out before the real season, cross
