feeding the machine
Living in Breckenridge, the monk diet was easier to maintain - limited budget, limited food distractions. NC with long hours and "southern" food and culture, the food distractions were everywhere. Back in MN, being homeless, cookies and baked goods everywhere every day at work, the machine has been getting a lot of "garbage in - garbage out". Yesterday we had a going away party at TGIF Fridays, then we went out to dinner for Peggy's birthday to Stellas. I had a plate of crab legs and appetizers. About 10:00 the machine said enough is enough and the porcelain god called.
My body craves the discipline of nutrition and structured work. I'm back to the monk diet - the season is less then a month away.

YOu can't beat Bulimia for weight loss. Eat a pizza, puke it up, go for a 60 mile ride on the stuff still stuck to your stomach walls. HTFU!
