Easter
A kinder, gentler Wah
Most Easter Sundays you would have found me on the bike or on the mountain skiing. This Easter I went to church with the Chick Wahs, Chick Seipp-Wahs and Chick Seipps in my life and then broke bread and ham with the outlaws. It's good to have family around again.

wah- did the same thing, but then, 6:30pm rolled around and I got to feeling all ansy/lazy...so I got on for a 2 hour outdoor spin
Oh.. don't get me wrong. I got time on the trainer. The new early morning plan ensures for time on the bike no matter what the day may bring.
